Run 5 km NSW - Official Parramatta 28:00 [3] 5.0 km (5:36 / km)

First Sydney parkrun.
60th parkrun at 30th location.
Perfectly positioned 2.5 km turn around point around a little garden bed island in the path. Must of been great planning when the course was first established.

Walked back for a 2nd loop afterwards as KC was visiting from Newcastle.

Walk - Street 18:00 [1] 1.69 km (10:39 / km)

Walking back on parkrun course to catch up KC.

One off to test limits - could barely manage

Right tricep 5 kg x 15 reps x 3
Left tricep 5 kg x 10 reps x 3

Pushups 15, 10, 10 - struggle at these now! Used to manage 50.

I need to pay holding deposit by 9 am tomorrow.

Need to have a quick look to make sure there are no other potentials and then make a decision!

Note

Spent from 2 pm to 6 pm looking at about 5 townhouses after giving up on apartments as the rooms are too small and the lifts won't fit my furniture for them to be transported up multiple stories.

A lot of disappointment but found one gem amongst them 21 minutes from work which even could be bike rideable following the M7 cycle way.

Skipped gym as spent over an hour compiling my online rental application including multiple personal written references, history of home ownership and my pay history. Will be annoyed if I get rejected! Haven't rented in over 16 years.
