Run 5 km NSW - Official Orange 28:25 [3] 5.0 km (5:41 / km)

Orange for an O.
76th parkrun at 47th location.

15th letter of Alphabet as despite 47 locations have some Letters repeated up to 8 times.

Longest drive to date (3 hours) solely to get a Letter but record will get smashed next week with the 5 hr drive to Urunga for a U (need to find an alternative to 7 hrs of driving to Yamba for a Y!!!).

Course a bit like the offspring of Maitland and Blue Gum Hills courses. Around a lake in a series of loops with bitumen and gravel paths and rolling hills (not steep but enough that you knew about it).
Toilets and play equipment at start and kilometre markers sunk in concrete on edges of path.

Then off to Wellington Caves which coincidentally my twin brother is also at as he independently decided to spend his long weekend at Dubbo to visit the Zoo.

Wellington Caves
Two tours. Caves not as impressive as others I have seen in the past. Joined by my brother, his wife and four year old son who promptly dropped his helmet down a hole where it rolled to an irrecoverable position.

Went to bed yesterday at 4:30 pm and slept for almost 12 hours. Not sure why I am so badly affected at the moment or whether it’s all just added up.

Hope to be awake enough to attend gym quadrella this afternoon.
