Gym Sydney - Class 'Abs' 30:00 [3]

Another 6-8 tonnes of timber stacked in bin for most of today. Tried to get my guys to do most of labouring but still intervened when required and as a result still sore again.

Remaining timber slabs too large to fit in the 2.2 m x 5.8 m bins so we will either have to chainsaw (as slabs up to 240 mm thick so cannot cut with circular saw) or load in one piece on a flat bed truck!

If readers go what the hell do you use timber that large for .... think the equivalent of the concrete tilt up slab buildings but in solid timber .... as per Grand Designs UK.

Gym Sydney - Class 'Abs' 30:00 [3]

Had a very very physical day at work loading 20 tonnes of miscellaneous timber slab offcuts into three massive bins with a 5 tonne forklift. To fill the bin with minimal air pockets we stack it like Tetris which is physically intense as the slabs weigh between 200 to 1000 kg. So I was wrecked before I started gym.

Gym Sydney - Class 'The HIIT' 30:00 [3]

Barely limped through class so gave up at the end.
Went home and missed the 1 1/2 hrs of Body Pump and CX Works.
Was sore all over for entire next day and still have more bins to fill.

Run 5 km NSW - Official Urunga 28:48 [3] 5.0 km (5:46 / km)

Urunga for a U.
77th parkrun at 48th location.

16th letter of Alphabet and working through all the difficult rare vowels!

Longest drive to date for a Letter but negotiated Friday off as condition of my working last Saturday. Back to Port Macquarie for another 10:30 am Saturday event.

Nice sunrise walk along the 1 km boardwalk before the start watching the tide flow out and schools of fish.

Simple 4 lap course on concrete along foreshore with friendly enthusiastic volunteers. Some similarities to Stockton.

Katherine’s 50th run so I talked to the Run Director so they made a “fuss” about it (getting revenge for times she has made me the public centre of attention) with lots of photos I am awaiting the upload of. She’s come a long way since her first event when I took her to Stockton and has since been happily dragged over the country to 24 different events even attending some solo.

Plan is back to Sydney for next two parkruns (maybe my last two C’s or outstanding D and K) before most probably attending the launches at Picton and Nulkaba (to retain regionaire status).
