Majority of day at home cleaning, washing, food shopping etc.

Run 5 km NSW - Official Curl Curl 27:24 [3] 5.0 km (5:29 / km)

Completed Curl Curl parkrun at 7 am today to sail my seventh sea and claim Pirate Club status. My 30th tourism run in a row bringing total to 54 locations in 83 parkruns.

Ran entire 5 km with pirate hat, wig, beard, eye patch, earring and cutlas. Lots of comments and arrghs from other runners with some deducing why I was dressed up but majority seeking an explanation.

And for some reason my fastest time in over a year. And not having two eyes is somewhat disconcerting.

My other seas were Callaghan (Newcastle), Cleland and Clare Valley (South Australia), Cooks River and Campbelltown and Chipping Norton (all in Sydney).
My ARRGH was either Rooty Hill or Rhodes (in Sydney).

My other half walked to sail her 3rd sea.

Joins my other Club Memberships of Newcastle Regionaire, The THE Club, The Internet Club (WWW). Next milestone is Raefarer Club with about 4 Sydney based events to go. Also working on remaining rare Alphabet Letters.

Note

Day out at Blacktown Medieval Fayre.

We even entered the best dressed competition so had to parade in front of the grandstand so probably made their Facebook page.

And it turns out walking around for 3 hrs in a warm skin protective hoodie with 9 kg of metal over the top gets pretty tiring!
