Running - easy 31:00 [2]

planned for intervals but my calf was really tight again (maybe it only happens on tuesdays?!), i couldnt open out properly for strides so kept it to an easy run. except i was quite pissed off about missing intervals again and got up some rage-speed on the way home. if its okay tomorrow i might go for a tempo run instead, i think that would suit it better? no cold symptoms developed, just feel a bit generally tired. another thing to keep an eye on.
