Sprint final. had a bit of a food baby from lunch, not feeling great before i started, but it turned out this was maybe the biggest problem i had. i think i was lucky in some key places but also kept my head much better round the tricky bits than i have done recently at sprint. i think i still "lost" most time here but felt like i wasn't running so well at the end either with my stomach... but it was all small things and it meant i could make the podium - now i have a full set of IOF diplomas from world cup races! so so good to know i can still do it, i really was having doubts about my sprinting.

bit minimal, after the race i went to sit at the far end of where we were allowed, so i couldnt hear the results. didnt realise i cared so much!
