Euromeeting middle course today... Ran as intervals but not really having any gears beyond i3. Technique fell apart near the end, had to stop and give myself a talking to.

Left to fend for myself in Cesis, where fortunately even though my somewhat soviet apartment isnt on the side of town i'd have chosen, it's still an okay distance to run to the forest. unfortunately work ruined today too and this was all i could fit in until tomorrow.
