Running - easy 34:00 [2]
Didnt really eat or sleep enough the past two days, so spent the day mainly catching up with that. Not everything was in my control but if i dont improve my eating im a bit worried about where the winter will take me. Eventually jogged to näset via hökarängen track (which is all frozen) and felt decent enough on the run, so proceeding with caution. Shit to miss club training in mörtsjön but at least have the map for tomorrow.
