longer training. had to stop with abdominal pain (stress) for about 20mins. much better after, orienteering still shiiiit but now work is done i think i can have a better focus

joined Annika for lunchtime intervals. nice with 5x4min! 3min recoveries though, not sure about that. not the quickest ever, not really used to long intervals anymore, or how fast i can dare to run them! but it was a nice start and felt good. hope to repeat soon. easy run and sauna tonight then.
