Ran to näset, then two laps of skogsåttan, the reflex course in svartvik. Group whittled down as we went and for lap 2 it was just me hanging on to Fredrik L. Not fast but not slowing up the hills either, probably hard enough to sack off intervals tomorrow unless im feeling great.

Easy round Luffarligan at hökarängen. Fun, took 3 controls to get the hang of it then went fairly well. Easy speed between last night and tonight but not feeling so bad.

Doing the double! Mila by night at Tyresö. Generating some nice entertainment for Richard. In between the 180deg error after putting my shoulder back in joint, trying to run 15-17 for a few 100m (quite heavy on the butterflies)and other general adventures there was lots of good stuff. Great how easy it felt to run in the train when i was there (about half the time) and i think im at least getting somewhere with having more control. At least i could limit the mistakes better than ive been able to before... A few "Uppsala moments" when confronted by big crags.

Running - hard intervals 18:00 [4]

Intervals were 6x3min/1min tonight, no set rest. Im feeling all the slushing about a bit, so decided to go reasonably hard but without killing myself. Felt quite good once i got going, managed okay speed for the effort i think.
