To and back from the forest, walked some orienteering for an hour. Think im fine to jog in the forest too. feel like you do after a week of not running, even though i know you don't lose much that quickly. Not really the end of resting but it makes sense to compromise a bit while im here.

-> fredrikstad. I am probably fine to start jogging, but not run blodslitet. So rest period continues, i will get out in the forest but in a bit more sedate way, need to make it worth the expense of being in norway
