Ride to ringinglow then shepherding children round the single track in lady cannings and down porter. Included about the amount i was getting a training effect.

Although my rides are as a whole not too hard, the climbs are always good blocks of solid work. Quads tired from yesterday and not enough sleep all week.

Nice ride out, ended up in eyam via pindale road. Befriended a roadbike mamil peloton on the froggat climb, who were quite good chat and very complimentary about the size of my engine haha. All in all not bad for another day of Not Running.
