Quite pleased with how i managed to balance a rough week, less tired than after much ShAFFage last week. Using the treadmill to desensitise the chronic pain in my heel, trying to maintain/improve range of movement as i go. This is the "worst" surface for it apart from really uneven hard ground so once this is downgraded to a small sensitivity it should fly.
