Last of the forge dam sessions for a while. Bit shorter but took it a touch quicker too. 5x4/30s/1/1. Variety is the spice of life...! Felt fine. Back on the terrain/orienteering next week.

Finished work, felt like an easy run, went up round ox stones. Nice, can see that fitness is better from the time up to the top of the Clough.

Mixed it up a bit. 12min tempo, 6x1/1, 12min tempo. Forge dam again. Heavy legs but got going fine after the warm up. Nice mix of undulating paths.
