Starting my fourth decade right, with 2x short intervals in Gillingsrød. With Hector and GG. First at steadier speed, second at overspeed. Going well as long as i didn't let them drag me off line :-D

Middle training as long intervals, Granerud. Not good to begin with on the direction, rushing it, got caught out properly on the longer legs. Sorted myself out a bit more towards the end, some good legs, but tired for the last bit.
