Longer o intervals at Tomb. Quite a lot of runners and even though there were no women to run against it was quite helpful. Managed to juuuust make the cut for the first group starting each time. Quite clear that im better at keeping up on harder ground. Felt productive.

Frekstadrenn, which i was meant to put some effort into but felt quite rubbish. Not orienteering so great in many places but some good things. Need to work on more proactive orienteering.

Flew to oslo. First thing after landing hit head on car boot door, bleeding and headache, nothing major but enough to persuade me to skive off training.
