Søndagsvallene at Nordre Veum. Three long and tough intervals in a cool mix of forest. Really enjoyed the training, running mostly against Marie and a couple of times trying with absolutely no success to follow Olli. Some mistakes and times not giving myself enough time to plan but some quite good bits too.

Multitechnique on torsnes. A bit with Olli, Marie and Per to begin but then split off. Concentration is better on my own. Really enjoyed this, could see what i was doing and felt fine all the way. Bit mixed performance but having the right idea with the orienteering, something to work with :-)

Standard borredalen v2 with Olli. Stayed out to do some short intervals but as soon as i pushed anything i felt pretty bad. Tried a couple but then just went home instead.

Note

Been having some problems with the areas round my eyes. Came and went before christmas but now back worse. Thought it was probably just eczema but area is swollen and tender too, harder to focus and for the first time feeling a bit more generally ill. So time to search out antibiotics.

Terrain intervals on the reflexbana near skihytta. Really enjoyed and felt reasonably good. Legs getting a bit tired on the tough parts near the end, just 5xlap/~65s but good to keep it a shorter session anyway when it's a double hard day.
