Painkiller day, slightly less disappointed that the race was cancelled. Eventually got out for an easy one.

With half a normal session of short intervals, back all tight so not too much.

Another quite disrupted week, and after it started so well too. But cant really help the sore throat or being a woman. So just have to go to spain a bit undertrained, like i probably should anyway.

Sprintervals round Walkley. Good fun again, some tougher hills and parts where i could accelerate (but soon braking for the technical bits/steps/ice etc.) so felt like a nice session and tired legs in the end. Can feel an improvement from last week but being in daylight helped a lot too.
