Relay training at Isebakketjern. nice to have quite big turnout for an "unofficial" training. heavy legs, not at my finest, mainly the right idea with the orienteering but just a little more confidence would be nice.

when i was a bit more tired than i would like yesterday it was just a short training. felt like i didnt recover so well last week even with all the time off. maybe to do with vegetation being suddenly heavier. think normally i would put in some alternative training instead of cutting back so much but gym is still shut. maybe in the next couple of weeks though...? :-)
