Note

Have a few more days of recovery to let my too much dobs bone stress clear up. Thanks to Kim for the help with diagnosis all the way from Sheffield! It seems quite tiny, just a weird discomfort and not really pain, but still useful to stay off my feet a bit. Have done some core but not much else.
