Running - easy warm up/down 38:00 [2]

Probably more useful for the head than the legs before next weekend, but felt good and glad I did it. 10min running interval, 30min o ints, another 10min hard on the way home. Mostly fast-but-fun pace, pushing a bit harder at the very end.
