Resting after 3M Wall Street Run.
Three races in a week turned out to be a bit of a stretch, albeit I handled them really well with consistent paces:
JPM CC 3.5M -- 7:20;
Farther's Day 5M -- 7:33;
Wall Street 3M -- 7:27

87 Degrees, 57% Humidity, Wind 15MPH, Clear.

Wanted to break 22min (7:20) pace, but start was slow in a big crowd, middle was fast, last mile was against strong wind and I was tired hitting 180 HR and being forced to slow down. So 20 secs lost on that. No problem.

Very warm and humid: ~83F, 60%
Took it easy. Didn't have time to warm up before race.
Drank water, and pour it over. Pushed after mile 3.
GPS showed time 37:20 (7:27 pace), official time 37:47 (7:33 pace).
