1. By McMillan Calc I should have run with pace 7:03 to get 35:17
2. Was late a little bit, Get into 3-rd corall or end of my second corall way back, worked thru crowd for 1-1.5 miles, likely lost 15-20 sec on that.
3. Also, didn't warm up at all, started cold, HR = 80, not 120 as should have been.
4. Didn't work out even once during pat week due to overload at work. gained 2 lb --> another 10-15 secs here
Overall, fely good didn't struggle, very comfortable ,controlled run.
