Cando gym. -3C. Didn't sleep well.
4 minutes walk, then 1 roundtrip of lunges/squats (30 squats), then 1 mile warm up jog.
TRX 3x20 forward, last 15 intermittantlegs, 3x20 backward. hr -> 138..
abs crunches, 3x20, bicepce 3x10 with 50 lb.
Concluded with 0.5 mile run.

didn't fall asleep till after midnight. unable to train next morning. Took day off.
