30 mins easy with 2 30-sec striders in the middle.

By the way, I weighed yesterday. I was 209. I wanted to run this marathon under 210. Looks like it may happen. ;-)

This is what you call a taper-week run??? ;-)

No worries - felt light and strong today...after I got warmed up. It usually takes me 20-30 minutes before I feel good.

Actually got Christine to do yoga with me and Evan hung out with us practicing his cobra and boat poses. We showed him dead bug, but it was a little too much for him to comprehend. :-)
