Took the AM off again. No bird attacks. Out to St George then up to Guelph, Moffat (water refill and buttertart). HR has been very high vs power output and RPE, not sure if it's misreading, etc. Although perhaps my run confirmed my HR is just high today. Ah well. Another beautiful day to be outside. NP 214W.
