Finally discovered treadmill can convert/display in metric. No more converting after the fact, etc. and now I have a clue of pacing and distance. Small victories.

Played around between 12kph and 14kph/4:36 and 4:17 pace or around there. 20mins @ 12, then 13 then 14.
