Beautiful day while running a loop which has been neglected for far too long. Thoughts of a sub2 entered my mind with about 35 mins left but too little too late. HR measurements were batshit crazy until about an hour in.

From work with another steady northerly headwind and my 20lb pack that felt like 50lbs. I need to negotiate a Macbook Air for my commutes like this.

Got in a rare good week of training while visiting. It helped being in the office at 6:30 and leaving at 3:30!

Added a bit of distance and time, once again paused it manually but forgot to turn back on.

Not sure I would do this again, ran through some dicey areas. Additionally the google maps walking route I based my route on was shit, had me running alongside some very busy roads with no sidewalk, just running on the bike shoulder.
