Bit of cross country specific training round Rivelin so gradually uphill for most of it and not always so fast with bridges/dog walkers in the way. Warm up down to Rivelin and beyond the café. 10min threshold (3min jog), 5 x 2min (1min jog between reps), (3min jog) 10min threshold. Warm down back from the stables.
