Jog down into to Rivelin and back up past the alpacas and bole hill park. Legs felt pretty useless, right hip flexor/top of quad hurting most, small amount of right hip pain. Left foot still slight nerve pain. Misjudged the weather, it was quite warm. Great to be running.

Rest Day – Feeling more tired today, legs ok, walking around fine, some sporadic pain in various places, still some Achilles nerve pain.
