Parked at the top of the coppice track for a run out to Wyming brook and back. A very easy run, calves in bits from wearing spikes yesterday, Endcliffe is obviously a bit firmer than the field at Eccy woods at the moment.

Made it down to Endcliffe just in time for the Hallamshire session,  2 laps w/up, 2 laps w/d and a session of 2min, 3,4,5,5,4,3,2 (75s)

The fastest I’ve run since May and it was a bit of a shock.. Although heartening in one sense as it’s confirmed what I thought already -  that I’ve not become drastically unfit (just unfit) even with my sporadic low mileage running.
