All in the dark! Opted for a run entirely on the road, hip flexor no worse, which hopefully is a sign the exercises are working. Just out and back to Nethergreen. Faster than steady.

Short warm up. Legs full of DOMS, right hip flexor/ quad feels like someone smacked it with a bat. Love a bit of melodrama.

10 x 2mins (1min) at Endcliffe. Legs felt ok, but that’s probably because there were no hills. +warm down
