From Edale, up Grindsbrook, over to Kinder low, pretty windy conditions and muddy so slow going until this point. Was thinking about dropping down to Hayfield reservoir, but took the short option and headed for the downfall and then Sandy Heys trig with a return along the North edge. Snow drifts on the North edge and very muddy all the way. Came back over the 3min crossing and down the beer barrel descent. A long time for not many miles, but it was pretty tough and a good end to the year.

Rivelin to the waterworks, but the river was in full spate due to all the snow melt, so I headed up to the dam instead and came back along the top Rivelin path. Pretty icy on the main Rivelin paths and muddy elsewhere so a fairly tough run.
