From Heatherdeane, the first bit across the dam with Hannah. I then headed up Parkin to Win hill, Hope cross up onto Kinder, Ringing Roger, Edale, Mam Nick, Mam Tor, Lose Hill, below Hope brink, Win Hill and back through the woods. Ice and snow on Win hill turned to full snow covering on Kinder, mainly muddy and slippy on the Mam Tor side though due to all the tourists. Decent long run.

Standard Rivelin loop with 6 x Blackbrook wood hill reps. Nearly didn’t bother with hill reps but ground out a mini-session. Quite a tiring week recovering from the cross country, which I’ll bear in mind more after the Nationals.

Pretty harsh conditions for a slow loop of Blackbrook Rd and back. Tiredness has kicked in after the weekend/track and last nights track belly saga!

Then I had to wait up to enter the Skyline. Madness that these things are full in a few hours.
