Kinder with Josh and Tom. Climbs of Blackden, Grindslow knoll, Crowden Clough and Seal Stones (although I skirted round and took the beer barrel straight line route). Jarred my knee descending down into Grindsbrook, but all seems fine now. Really enjoyed this, but I was properly on my arse for the last climb, lack of recent hills / running. Another cracking sunny day for running though.
