Long plod to try and reset the legs after yesterday. Out to Rod moor, over to the Headstone, top of Wyming brook and home ont road, just to make it a bit faster. Legs a bit shafted by the end, but at least the long distance is creeping up a bit.

This wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. Wanted to do a XC session round the field at Eccy woods, but it was busy with football and windy so I ‘ran’ up to Ringinglow plantation, started off round the tracks there but felt shite, legs just not moving so sacked it off. I guess my body just isn’t recovered from the Northerns and I’ve had lots on at work, so just tired. Ran back down Limb valley and met Hannah for a loop back to the car.

Quite a select group at the Dark Peak run, back into Crookes, Stanington, Lodge lane. Hilly and windy second half which got the legs moving after the weekend.

In two minds whether to do the club session or not, getting home late made the decision for me, but to be honest my legs are screwed from Saturday and as I’ve not been doing many sessions recently I’ll take the time to recover instead. So a plod jog round the streets.
