sets of jumping rope, push ups, shoulder work, wall sits, mountain climbers, abs, etc. followed up by long ab work out. then stretching. home make boot camp.

Road Running hills 15:00 [5]

after core work did 15 min of hard hill repeats.

Climbed some tough routes and climbed much much better than Monday. Fell off the wall and my nipple met a hold...still really sore the next day.

Man Night. First run after my 50k on Saturday. The first mile was rough and then everything loosened up and felt great.

Just Mo and I today. I felt off and didn't climb well. My legs are pretty shot from the 50k on Saturday and I didn't feel comfortable on the wall. We had fun but I was having problems with routes that are usually pretty easy for me.
