Thought of try and get my mojo back - do got off at battersea and ran home - felt lethargic but got it done

Orienteering race (CSC Heat) 1:22:33 [3] *** 7.0 mi (11:48 / mi) +243m 10:39 / mi
shoes: VJ Irocks

Out early on the Brown for SLOW. Feeling stuff and lethargic from the off but a fairly good start, enjoyed running through the rough but lines a bit off.

Bit of a wobble at No5 was too far left.

Fairly steady but needed a breather at 12 so tied my shoelace and had a pee.

Fell jumping over a little river when the bank gave way but no damage done.

Got to 13 went to punch - no dibber bugger!

Ran back down the hill to where I'd fallen hoping it was there - no joy - bollocks back to where id tied my shoelace.... Bollocks? What's that I feel nestled in next to them open pants look down and there's the dibber wish I'd checked my pants out before coming back down the hill - obviously where a lost dibber would turn up.

Second half of the course went ok but just unfit, Steve Cleveland caught me over the final few and although he ran away from me caught him on the last two and stayed ahead on the run in
