Distance is ish as forgot to start watch until coming out of #4

Only one major error where I nav'd to 9 instead of 6, shouldn't have cost that much but didn't settle after I realised error then compounded so dropped 7min!!! Idiot

The mistake proved to be a big one - way down in 21st on blue, was in 5th place before that - focus required,

Another bad week training wise - just not fitting it round work well

But got to the pool this morning (working from home's so helpful) and it was quieter than last week (less slow old people)

250m crawl - 6.52.3 - 1:15/50m
250m breast - 7.01.1 - 1:24/50m
250m crawl - 7:00.7 - 1:24/50m

Love the fact that my breaststroke is just as quick as my bad crawl

Did slightly more than logged on the final 500m but forgot to restart watch so wrote it off and carried on - which could explain the slowness
