Wasn't going particularly well but not bad then fell and sprained ankle quite bad and that was endex - balls.

Was transitioning from bright light into dark underpass and a tramp was asleep so moved left to avoid him and that was it bloody little raised brick divider took me out - bye bye knee, ankle and compass and end of race

Still started a bit far back but got through the crowds a bit cleaner - was a good run all in all, took a corner a bit sharp and put James up on 2 wheels.

Busy day for James as we took him to Puddleducks in the afternoon - he wasn't too bad got upset towards the end

Nice little sprint course (34 controls)

Messed two up significantly - not on route choice just confused by vegetation and locating where in the bush it was - a couple of minutes dropped here

Overall happy with the run, but would like to build the speed back up
