Orienteering race (Lizard Hill) 1:09:02 [3] 9.88 km (6:59 / km) +196m 6:21 / km

Found it physical today, but to be expected after yesterday.

I as fairly happy with the run

Had an issue with #3 as it was a bit vague in amongst rhodies and #14 where I overshot, flogged up a steep hill only to get round rhodies again and dropped back down to it.

Came second again in the club champs to Bob this time, happy to not win as would have had an element of it being just because the others hadn’t shown up - we’ll done to Bob and Stampy - I’ll be back next year, but I’m keeping the handicap trophy

Not a bad run today, had issues with the pram skidding so lost time there but fairly happy with form

Very enjoyable, thought I was sneaky and ditch a group after number one to avoid runnign in a bit of hilly crap, which seemed to pay off

Bearings need tightening up before next week as the errors made were due to that.

Pretty good for me at night though.

Struggled with the nav early on tonight so lost time faffing

Was an extra pond and some extra controls which threw me

Enjoyable running though

Borrowed dads turbo trainer to get some training in while looking after little man, all good a few breaks to looks after the littleman
