HPM was cancelled but Kev and I decided to get together anyway.

I sat in the front and Kev at the back. He was very wobbly at times but we managed to stay in the boat with some reactive bracing!

Kev had a new bike (29" whyte f/s) which he liked. We both carried full rucksacks and I had a video camera mounted to my helmet too.

I had really stiff shoulders at the end.

Had intended to do the High Peak Marathon with Ben Turner, Sabrina Verjee and Kev Stephens. But it was cancelled due to snow. Luckily they cancelled it before I headed north.

Got a lift to Newport velodrome after work hence no commute home.

Newport Velodrome

2hr session with work but only on the track for about half of it. A mixed bunch but I really enjoyed it.

1. Just ride around in circles at our own pace
2. Hard effort but I forgot to start my Garmin :-(
3. Easy tootle around track
4. Technical in and out of cones - good fun
