A Vinyasa flow class:- an energetic yoga class aimed to develop useful, functional, athletic abilities and maximise strength. This class links body movement with breath in a progressive flowing sequence.
Suitable for: Beginners to intermediate; this class will teach the basics of Hatha yoga whislt building on practice for those with more experience.
