Note

Much better night's sleep than previous nights. I slept without a pillow which seemed to help.

However when I got up, my back was stiffer than I had anticipated.

Worse night of sleep yet. Muscle on LHS seems to have calmed down but the one on the right has gone into overdrive.

I wonder if the 'over the handlebars' moment I had on Sunday when MTBOing has anything to do with it and then catalysed by the Pilates on Monday night?

Frequency of muscle spasms seemed to be decreasing as day went on.


Note

Remainder of gazebo decking boards delovered and electrician finished wiring the 5 sockets from the garage to the gazebo. Also replaced old tube light in garage with a long LED one. :-)

Note

Major back pain all night and day again.

Work healthcare provider said it sounds like some inflamed soft tissue around some of the vertebrae and the muscles on either side are in spasm to try and protect it. Booked a physio for Monday next week as she recommended.
