Bad back is definitely improving.

Went to see Andrew Seary Physiotherapist about my bad back. He diagnosed it as an isolated sore spot between my lower right-hand rib and where it connects to the spine.

He explained that the Thorassic (pper) part of the spine can twist but the Lumbar (lower) cannot. My pain was at/near the junction of the two.

Advised to do exercises such as:
- Yoga/Pilates 'The Cat'
- As above but adding twist (reach for the tenner!)
- sitting with different degrees of slouching (from none to very) and twisting to the side five times on each.
