SWOC Orienteering MapRun - Rhiwbina

First run in several weeks. Really enjoyed it.

However my quads were really sore immediately after. HR was pretty high too. Not sure it's ever been this high for a 'steady run' ever before!

Finished third overall behind Clem and another chap. Not too bad although many of the usual faces were unable to participate as it was limited to those that live inside the Cardiff County boundary due to the coronavirus lockdown.
