Repeated a 5 and sent a kinda hard 5 in the cave. Crappy burn on the cave 7 proj, then kids started bugging me.

Campusing 15:00 [3]

Felt ok. Good to change it up.

Quick weight sesh
3 sets each of shoulder fly

lat front pulldowns

Did some core stuf when I got home.

Psyched to do a little more strength stuff instead getting pissed in the bouldering area.
