Easy to moderate in Moab. Good legs and head, just a tough route. Tons of slickrock rollers. 1 gel and 34 oz Heed. Dialing in the liquid nutrition and having more even energy levels. So rad to run in the sun on new trails. Good one, but a beat down. Glad we went down there, even for only 20 hours.
