Decent legs and head after the first mile. Mentally felt easy. Good one. Work is crazy this week. So hot. Bust it out.

Quick one w/ B after work. Body out of whack from crazy, but overall ok, day at work. Hardly having time to eat or drink or go to the bathroom. Crazy. Good to move though. Flashed a v5 and a super soft v6. Tried some 6s and 7s. Didn't feel rad.
