Skipped an AM run b/c the air still sucks. Get out after work on foot or skis. No bevs since Saturday night. How am I gaining weight? Jeez. Unfortunately, I don't feel infinitely better. Maybe I'm sleeping better. Idk.

Earned a beer! Fun run from BH to Grandeur summit. Slow and weak sauce on the steeps but steady effort and pace on the descent. Super foggy up top. Pretty rad. Psyched to get up there and away from the world for a little bit. Good one.
